The place looks new, with a good vibe and nice decoration. The staff was helpful and the service was good. The burrsta truffle brunch dish was average. Initially, it arrived freezing cold. They took it back, and when they brought the new one, they had forgotten the truffle and the cheese. The warm croissant was decent. The shakshuka dish was better. I didn't get to try the desserts. I might give it a try next time.
Absolutely love this place! The pink decor and gorgeous cakes make it a dream to walk into. The avocado tuna toast is spot on—fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. It’s also super kid-friendly, with a children’s menu and colouring sheets to keep little ones entertained. The staff are lovely and welcoming, especially Mr. Walid, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend!
Right in the middle of Westfield. Sun morning 10.30 not crowded. Food and ambience was good, but lack of basic service skills. Other than the lady who sat me said good morning, none of the servers were forthcoming. It was a silent movie, plonked my main course down, took my plate away without asking, no smiles. The next thing I heard was, 'are u online? This is my name, if you can leave a good review'.
Had some brunch here and it was great! Food was amazing even though prices were a bit high, but that is not surprising for West London. Also our server Tanvir was really lovely and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
